The Commissioner of Public Works, having had under consideration the preliminary order
of the Council known as Council File No. 236122 approved Dec. 12th. 19 67
relative to reconstructin� the sidewalk on both sides of Carter Ave, from Cleveland Ave.
to Ravmond Ave. and bv doin� all other work which is necessarv and incidental to com-
