WHERBAS, The final cosis for the Grading, SurPacing and
Construction of a public sewer in Winona St. from Brown to
Andrew� Cc�mptroller's Contract L-685�+, have been determined a�ad,
W�AS, Upon final allocation of funds from which the above
improvecaent was to be paid, it was found that the amount originally
set up for its financing is insuPficient to meet the fiaal. cost
and that an additional �mount of $2500.00 will be required; there-
fore be it�
RESOLVED, That the amount of $2500.00 be financed from the
City's Share of Local Improvement Fund, Code 0920-701 (1967)
