WHEREAS, the Office of National Drug Control Policy, Counterdrug Technology Assessment Center,
would like to donate Pen-Link Analysis Software to the City of Saint Paul, Police Department; and
WHEREAS, the City of Saint Paul, Police Department, would like to accept this software donation
valued at $3,500; and
WHEREAS, the public purpose of this donation is to assist the City of Saint Paul in analyzing patterns
of information gathered for narcotics investigations to successfully prosecute narcotics offenders; and
BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council accepts this generous donation, egtends its sincere thanks
to the Office of National Drug Control Policy, Counterdrug Technology Assessment Center.
