RESOLVED, That the Cauncil hereby concurs ia the award of the Purchasing Co�mittee
therefor and hereby awards contract to GENERAL ELECTRIC COMPANY for flzrnishing and
installing Six Portable Radio Units Cc�mplete for the City of Saint Paul, Department
of Parks, Recreation and Public Buildings, Public Buildings, 445 City Hall, Saint
Paul, Minnesota, at a total contra.ct price of $7,416.00 (according to unit prices
bid), in accordarice with City specifications therefor hereto attached and the Formal
Bia #2629 of said General Electric Ca�ar►►pauy, such bid being the lowest and said
General Electric Coanpany being a reasonable and reliable bidder a.nd the Corporation
Counsel be and hereby is authorized to draf't the proper form of contract therefor
and the proper City officials are �hereby directed to execute said contract or�
behalf of the City of Saint Paul.
