In the matter of condemning and taking a permanent EASEMENT twenty (20)
feet in width for the pnirpose of constructing and maintaining a public
storm water sewer on, under, across and through a portion of the SE'r,
of Section 21 , Township 29 North, Range 22 West, the centerline of said
kasement being described as follows:
Beginning at a point that is the intersection of the centerline of
the alley in Block 5, Phalen Heights Park Addition, and the east
property line, produced, of Lot 11 , Block 5, Phalen Heights Park
Addition; thence northeasterly a distance of 300 feet more or less
to Lake Phalen, on a tine making an angle of 87 degrees (87�) with
said alley centerline produced to the east. Also, temporary con-
struction easements fifteen (15) feet in width on each side and
adjacent to the above described permanent ease�nent.
