Dear Sir:
This is written in response to the application of Mr. Sam Sevak
to operate a car-wash facility located on the south side of
West Seventh Street between Leland and Dealton Streets and
described as Lots 2, 3, 4, 5, � 6 and part of Lot 1, Oasis
Addition. (See the attached legal description).
This matter was considered at the July 20, 1967 Board of Zoning
meeting. The staff reported that the plan meets the design
standards for this type facility and that the Traffic Engineer
recommends approval as to traffic.
Therefore, the Board of Zoning recommends approval of the
application for the car-wash facility.
