To the Coaamissioner of Finance of the City of St. Paul:
The Co�nissioner of Public Works, having had under consideration the preliminary order
of the Council known as Council File No. 236051 approved Dec. 7th. 19 67
relative to reconstructing the sidewalk on the south side of Rose Ave. from Farrington
St, to Matilda St. and by doing all other work which is necessary and incidental to
complete said improvement.
