The Commissioner of Public Works, having had under consideration the preliminary order
of the Council known as Council File No. 236048 approved Dec. 7th. 19 67
relative to reconstructing the sidewalk on both sides of Hatch Ave. from Marion St.
to Woodbridge St. ahd by doing all other work which is necessarv and incidental to
complete said improvement.
