The Council of the City of St. Paul having received the report of th�e Commissioner of �nane�
upon the above improvement, and having considered said report, hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved and adopted, and the said improvement `
is hereby ordered to be proceeded with.
- 2. That the nature of the improvement which the Council recommends is
to reconatruct the sidewalk on bmth sidem @f Isabel Straet fr� Stryker Avesue
to Hall Av�nue and by d0ing s11 other Work which is neces�arq:snd iacidental to �

exist
with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof is $ 3.25 per lin ft for 5' Wide walk
$ 3.80 per 1in ft for 6' wide walk
Resolved Further, That a public heaxing be had on said improvement an the 20th day of
F�brnary� 1968 , at the hour of 10 o'clock A.M., in the Council Chaxnber of the Court
House and City Hall Building in the City of St. Paul. That the Commissioner of Finance give notice of
said meeting to the persons and in the manner provided by the Chaxter, stating the time and place of
hearing, the nature of the improvement and the total cast thereof as estimated.
