In the Matter of reconstructing the sidewalk on both sides of Oakdale Av�nue
from East Sidaeq Street to East Curtice Street and by doing all other work which
ia necessary and incidentel to coffiplete said improvement
under Preliminary Order 236421 approved January 2, 1968
The Council of the City of St. Paul having received the report of the Commissioner of Finance
upon the above improvement, and having considered said report, hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved and adopted, and the said improvement
is hereby ordered to be proceeded with.
2. That the nature of the improvement which the Council recommends is
to ,reconstract tha sidewalk on bath sides of Da�Cdi�e Avenue from Bast Sida�y Street
to East �tt���:ae Street aad bq doing all other work which is necessarq and incid�atal
to c�plete :aid inprovement, except where good and sufficient pc>ured sidewalks now
esist
with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof is $ 3 25 p�r �in ft for 5' wide��walk
$ 3.80 per lin ft for 6';wide walk
Resolved Further, That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the 20th day of
FebruarT, 196$ , at the hour of 10 o'clock A.M., in the Council Chamber of the Court
House and City Hall Building in the City of St. Paul. That the Commissioner of Finance give notice of
said meeting to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter, stating the time and plac�e of
heaxing, the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
