The Council of the City of St. Paul having received the report of 'the Commissionex_of �'inance
upon the above improvement, and having considered said report, hereby resolves:
1. That the sa.id report and the same is hereby approved and adopted, and the said improvement
is liereby ordered to�be proceeded with.
2. That the nature of the improvement which the Council recommends is
te recc�st�xe� the sideWalk on the aorth side ei� .flateh Av��ue frae� M�ckubin Street
to Arundel-�'�reet and by doing all oth�r work �l�ich is necessary and iacid�atal to
co�aplete said improvemeat, except where good' and anfficient po�red sid�wal,ks now _.

Resolved Further, That a public heaxing be had on said improvement on the 2��1+ day of

House and City Hall Building in the City of St. Paul. That the Commissioner of Finance give notice of
said meeting.to the persons and in the manx�ier provided by the,Charter, stating the time and place of
hearing, the nature.of the improvement and the total cost thereaf as estimated.
