The Council of the City of.St. Paul having received the report of the Commissioner of Finance
upon the above improvement, and liaving.conside�hed said report, hereby resolves: °
1. That the said report and.the same is hereby approved and adopted, and the said improvement
is hereby ordered to be proeeeded with.
2. That �he nature of t�e unprovement which the Council rec�mmends is �
t� recsnstruet the sidewalk on the west side of South �sceola Avesue from West
- Seventh �treet to Tuacarora Aveaue aad on the ea�t side of S�uth 0aceela Avesue
frme Weat Seventh Stxeet tm the southwest property lina of I�t 4, AudLtor'a Sub-
division �Tusber 45 and by :doing all other work which is necessarq aad incideatal
to cvmplete said improve�at, except where good and st�ffici�mt poured aidewalks �ow
exist
with no alternativea, and that the estimated cost thereof is $ 3.2� �p�r lin ft for 5' wide walk

Resolved Further,:Tliat a public hearing be had on said improvement on the 2�th— day of
t���,r+�A+-�, 14�,8 , at the hour of 10 o'clock A.M., in tlie Council Chamber of the Court
House and City Hall Building in the City of St. Paul. That the Commissioner of Finance give natice of
said meeting to the persons and in the manner provided by the-Charter, stating the time an+d;place of
hearing, the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
