directed to prepare plans a,nd specifications for said improvement, and aubmit same to the Council for

To the Commissioner of Finance of the City of St. Paul:
Th� Commissioner of Public Warks, having had under consideration the preliminary order
of the Council known as Council File No. 236030 approved Dec. 6th. 1967
relative to reconstructing the sidewalk on both sides of Grand Ave. from Avon St. to
Victoria St., the portion at 857 Grand Ave. will be integral curb and sidewalk with
window wells, and by doing all other work which is necessary and incidental to complete
said improvement.
and having investigated the matters and things re�erred to therein, hereby reports:
1. The estimated cost thereof is $3.25 per lin. ft. for standard sidewalk 5 ft.
wide and $3.80 per lin. ft. for standard sidewalk 6 ft. wide. ,$13.20 per lin.
ft. for integral curb and sidewalk 12 ft. wide.
2. A plan, profile or sketch of said improvement is hereto attached and made a
part thereof, ��
