RESOLVED, That pursuant to the provisions of Resolution
of the Council, Council File No. 235215, adopted September 29,
1g67, and pursuan.t to the Agreement between the City and its
Health and Welfare and Insurance carriers, the Council of the
City of Saint Paul hereby establishes a 60—day period of open
solicitation by the City' s Health and Welfare and Insurance
program carriers for the purpose of taking applications for
coverage of City employees and depen dents the reunder, which
open solicitation period shall commence as of January 10, 1g6s.
