RESOLVED, By the Council of the City of Saint Paul, that
the Saint Paul Shrine Circus Committee be granted the use of
the Auditorium Arena, the Exhibition Hall, and Ramsey Hall, and
the concessions privileges for their annual circus March 11
through March 17, 1g68, upon payment of a sum not to exeeed
�13, 500.00 plus cost of rubbish removal; any balance of said
costs of opening and operating on said occasions to be set up
in Auditorium Fund 2400.
