Preliminary and Final Plat Approval for Upper Landing V illage
WHEREAS, Centex Multi-Family Upper Landing LLC, Zoning File # 04-043-042 has submitted for City Council
approval the attached preliminary and final plat for subdivision of property at Lot 1, Biock 4 Upper Landing
Village/unassigned address to create 21 lots to provide for multi-residential development; and
WHEREAS, the appropriate City deparhnents have reviewed the plat and found, subject to the recommended
conditions, that it meets the requirements of Chapter 67 of the Zoning Code; and
WHEREAS, notice of a public hearing before the City Council was duly published in the official newspaper of the
City and notices were mailed to each owner of affected property including all property situated within 350 feet of the
subject property; and
WIIEREAS, the City Council previously approved the plat map (Zoning File #03-265-313 and Council File #03-462);
and
WHEREAS, lot lines on the approved plat map had to be adjusted to align with structure, necessitating revision of the
map.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council accepts and approves the attached preliminary and
final plat for Centex Multi-Family Upper Landing LLC at Lot 1, Block 4/unassigned address subject to the that the
applicant shall file a copy of the Council Resolution approving the plat with the Ramsey County Rewrder's Office.
