THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN: Section l. That Section 321.05 of the Saint Paul Legisla— tive Code be and the same is hereby amended by deleting the same and by substituting the followin.g in lieu and in place thereof: "321.05. Hours. The hours and days of operation for disposal purposes at landfills shall _ be fixed by resolution of the City Council upon recommendation of the Commissioner of Public Works." Section 2.
