Whereas, Additions which might prove to be necessary in
the Improveriaent described as Ornamental l.ighting and Traffic
Signals on Kellogg Blvd. , Comptroller's Contract L-6915, Hunt
Electric Corporation, have been provided for in the Specifica-
tions, and
Whereas, It has been found necessary to make the following
Additions:
ADDITIONS
Replace approximately 20 ft. of broken
conduit at the intersection of Kellogg
Blvd. and Wabasha St.
Lump Sum 26 .10
Total Additions $265.10
and
Whereas, The total addition is $265.10, and the Corrmissioner
of Public Works has agreed with the Contractor that the amount of
$265.10 is the correct sum to be added to said contract; there-
fore be it
Resofived, That the City of St. Paul through its City Council
approves the foregoing additions made in accordance with the
Specifications in the sum of $265.10, said amount to be added
to the lump sum consideration named in the contract, known as
Comptroller's Contract L-6915, and which amount is to be fi-
nanced from Municipal State-Aid Suspense Funds.
