ANTHONY AVENUE f�om Prior Avenue to Dewey Street, Comptroller�s Contract L-695S, Bituminous Surface Treatin� Company, Contractor, have been provided €or in the Specifications, and 'Gihereas, it has been found necessary to �ake the following Addition since the outlet for the �tora sewer on this project is a storm sewer to be installed in Frior Awenue by the Minnesota Highway Depart�ent as part of the freeway work �n this av�nue, and since the Minnesota Highway Department sewer will not be built until the 1968 construction season, it was necessary to provid� a tenporary outlet for the new sewer in St. Anthonq Avenue.
