RESOLVED, That the proper City officers are hereby
authorized and directed to execute an agreement on behalf
of the City of Saint Paul, said agreement being between the
Housing and Redevelopment Authority of the City of Saint
Paul, Minnesota, and the City of Saint Paul, said agreement
providing for the construction of the proposed Plato Boule-
vard between the westerly right-of-way line of South Robert
Street and the southeasterly right-of-way line of the new
West Water Street by the City of Saint Paul on behalf of the
�� Housing and Redevelopment Authority, and further granting
� permission by the Housing and Redevelopment Authority to the
City to enter upon lands own.ed by the said Authority for the
construction of the said propoaed Plato Boulevard, copy of
said agreement being attached hereto and incorporated herein
by reference.
