The Council of the City of St. Faul havin� received the report of the Commissioner of F`inance
upon bhe above imgrovement, and having considered said report, hereby resolves:
1. That the sa,id report and the same is hereby approved and adopted, and the said improvement
is hereby ordered to be proceeded with. �
2. That the nature of the improvement whieh the Council recammends is

Resolved Further, That a pubIic hearing be had on said improvement on the 14�h day of
E�brnary, 1968 , at the hour of 10 o'clock A.M., in the Council Chamber of the Court
HousQ and City Hall Building in the City of St. Paul. That the Commissioner of Finance give notice of
said meetin� to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter, sta.ting the time and place of
hearing, the nature of the irnprovement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
