RESOLVED, That the Council hereby approves the award of the Purcha,sing Committee

Machine to the City of Saint Paul, Department of Public Works, Municipal Equipment,
891 North De,].e Street, Saint Paul, Minnesota, to Tl� Z�CO C(7NIPANY in accordance with
City specifications therefar hereto atta,ched and the Formal Bid �2668 of said Zeco
Compar�y for the Contract price of' $1�+,7�+9.85, such bid being the lawest meet3ng specifi-
cations and said Zeco Company being a reasonable and reliable bidder and the Corporation
Counsel be and hereby is authorized to draft the proper form of contract therefor and
the proper City officials are hereby directed to execute said contract on behalf of the
City of Saint Paul.
