A public hearing having been had upan the assessment for the above improvement, and sa.id assess-
ment having been further considered by the Cauncil, and having been eonsidered finally satisfactory,
be it therefore
RF�SO!LV�D, That th�e said assesament be and the same is hereby in all respects ratified, and the
same is hereby ordered to be submitted to the District Court of the County of Ramsey for canfirmation.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the said asseasment be and it is hereby determined to be
