WHEREAS, The Couacil of the City of Saint Paul is infora�ed by the
Com�issic�ner of Public Safety that a ntu.saace exists c� the prcperty
located at 1000 Igl,ehart Av�eaue in the �ity of Saint Paul (fc� which the
cr�raer is D�iel A. Krizan, 1086 E. 6th Street), whirh nvisaace cansti-
tutes a hazard to fihe public health, Welfare a�d safety; and
WHEREAS, Such nuisancye more particularly co�sists of an accumulatioa
of ju�kk furniture, auto parts, kitc�ea sink, rubbish aad garbage, whicl�
harbor� rodents, v�ermin, and other noxious aaimals aad things; and
WHEREAS, Pursuant to Sectio� 374 cf the Charter of the City of Saint
'� Paul, a�d Section 265.52 of the Saint Panl Legislative Cod�e 24 hours'
i �otioe has beea givea to the cwner, occupant, or agent of surh property
demacdisg that such nuisance be remov�ed; aaw, therefo�.^e, be it
li RESOLVED, That upon the reca�mendation of the Co�rmissioner cf P�b1ic
Safetp the Cc�missioner of Public Works is hereby directed to stxmAaarily
and forthwith remove the said nuisance, the cost of such removal to be
' charged against Fund No. 0979; and be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Commissio�►er of Public Safetp is dirdct�d �
to aacertain the cost of such removal and to fon+ard the sa�e to the
' County Auditor on or before October 1 of the year in which asvertained,
