RESOLVED, That the Council hereby concurs in the award of the Purchasing Cc�ittee
therefor and herebq awards contract to NALCO CREMICAL COMPANY for furt�ishing and delivering
approximately 95 Tons NALFLOC #617 to the City of Saint Paul, Water Department, Purifi-
cation Plant, 1900 Rice Street, Saint Paul, Minnesota, for a period of one qear co�mencing
on or about January 15, 1968, at a contract price of approximatelq $21,242.00, in
accordat�ce with City specifications therefor and the Formal Bid #2582 of said Nalco
Chemical Companq, such bid being the lowest meeting specifications, and said Nalco
Chemical Co�pany being a reasonable and reliable one and the Corporation Coc#asel be and
is herebq directed to draft the proper form of contract therefor and the proper Citq
officials herebq are suthorized to execute said contract on behalf of the Citq of
Saint Paul.
