the benefits conferred thereon; that the said assessment has been completed, and that hereto attached,
identified by the aignature of the said Coznmissioner, and made a part hereof, is the said assesament as
com�leted by him, and which ia herewith submitted to the Council for such a.ction thereon as may be
considered proper.
