The Council of the City of St. Paul having received the report of the Commiasioner of Finance
upon the above irnprovement, and having cansidered said report, hereby resolvea:
1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved and adopted, and the said improvement
is hereby order�d to be proceeded with. _
2. That the nature of the improvement which the Council recommends is

Resolved Further, That a public hearing be had on said improvement on th� 3�t� day of
Jan�ry, 1968 , at the hour of 10 o'c�lock A:M., in the Council Chamber of the Court
House and City Hadl Building in the City of St. Paul. That the Commissioner of Finance give notice of
said meeting to the peraons and in the manner provided by the Cha�er, stating the time and pl� of
hearing, the nature of the improvement and the total oost thereof as eatimated.
