The Com�nissioner of Public Works, having had under consideration the preliminary order
of the Council known as Council File No. 235793 approved Nov. 17th. 19 67
relati,ve to reconstructing the sidewalk on both sides of Reaney Ave. from Atlantic St.
to Johnson Parkway and by ddng all other work which is necessary and incidental to
