RESOLVED, By the Council of the City of Saint Paul that the
plans and specifications for SANITARY SEWER TRUNK SYSTEM (Wagoa
Wheel Trail , Easement to Lexington Avenue and Lake Drive) Improve-
ment No. 4, Project No. 7D, for the Village of Mendota Heights,
authorized by and subject to the provisions, terms and conditions
of the City of Saint Paul Ordinance No. 12222, approved June 27,
1962, for the connection of the public sewer s�rsteia of the Village
of Mendota Heights with that of the City of Saint Paul , prepared
by the Consulting Engineer of said Village and heretofore sub�aitted
to and approved by the Commissioner of Public Works and the Chief
Engineer, hereby are in all things approved.
