RESOLVED, That the Council hereby approves the award of the Purchasing Cotarnittee
therefor, and hereby awards contract for furnishing and delivering Optical Assemblies
and Heads to the City of Saint Paul, Department of Public Utilities, Bureau of
Street Lighting, Street Lighting Warehouse, 100 East Tenth Street, Saint Paul,
Minnesota, to PEMCO CORPORATION in accordance with City specifications therefor
hereto attached and the Formal Bid ��2636 of said Pemco Corporation for the ,
Contract price of $12,476.00, such bid being the lowest meeting specifications
and said Pemco Corporation being a reasonable and reliable bidder and the
Corporation Counsel be and hereby is autY►orized to draft the proper form of
contract therefor and the proper City officials are hereby directed to execute
said contract on behalf of the City of Saint Paul.
