WI�REAS, The Co�cil of the City of Saint Paul is informed by the
Coramissioner of Public Safety that a nuisance exists os� the property lo-
cated at 1115 E. Cook Avenues in the City of Saint Panl, for which the owner
of record is Francis Fogelberg, which nuisance constitutes a h�zard fio the
public health� welfare and safety; arad
WHEREAS, Such nuisance more particularly co�sists of an accumula-
tion of refuse in the garage� old stove, wood and other refuse in fihe
yard area, wood and refvse und�er the rear porch, which harbors rodents,
vermi�, and other noxious animals and things; and
WHEREAS, Pursuant to Secticn 374 of the Chaz*Cer of the City of
Saint Paul, and Section 265.52 of the Saint Paul Legislative Code, 2�#
hours' notice has been given to the �+rner, occupant� or agent of such
property demanding that such nuisance be remov�ed; ncw, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That upon the recommendation of the Commissioner of Pub-
lic Safety the Commissioner of Public Works ia hereby directed to sum-
raarily and forthwith rentove the said nvisance, the cost of such removal
to be charged against Fund No. 0979; and be it
FURTHER RE80LVED, That the Comrni.ssiamer of PubLie Safety is directed
to ascertain the cost of such removal aad to forward the same to the County
Auditor oa or before October 1 of the year in which asc�rtai.ned, for
collection in the same manner as ta�s against said property.
