Whereas, Comptroller's Contract L-6970, Ar,or-C,oat Company, Inc.,
Contractor for the 1967 EXTRA ORDINARY MAINTENANCE Project has been
substantially completed, and
�Thereas, Said Contractor requests that a portion of the lOz retaiaed
under the contract from estimates for work done, be paid in advan�� of the
final co,pletion of the contract, and
Whereas, The Commissioner and Chief Bngineer of the Department of
Fublic Works approve the paycnent at this ti�e of $2,500.00 of the
$10,555.88 retained, therefore be it
Resolved, That the proper City Officials be and they are h�reby
authorized to pay an estiffiate in the a�uat of $2,500.00 from the
retained percentage of $10,555.88 to said contractor; and be it

Further Resolved, That this resolution shall have no force or effect
unless the svreties on the Contractor�s Bond consent thereto in writing
