RESOLVED, That the Council hereby concurs in the award of the Purchasing Comnaittee
therefor and hereby awards contract for furnishiag and deliveriag to the City of Saint
Paul, Department of Public Works,Bureau of Municipal Equipment, 891 North Dale Street,
Saint Paul, Minnesota, Three - 25,000 G.V.W. Truck Chassis (International 1700) to
INTERNATIONAL AARVESTER COMPANY for the net::contract price of $10,654.47, (including
allowance for trade-in of 3 1960 Intl. Model B184 Trucks) in accordance with City
Specifications therefor and the Formal Bid #2621 of said International Harvester Company,
such bid being the lowest and said bidder being a reasonable and reliable one and the
Corporetion Counsel be and hereby is directed to draft the proper forar of contract
therefor and the proper City officials hereby are authorized to execute said contract on behalf c�
of the 8ity of Saint Paul.
