RESOLVED, That the Council hereby approves the award of the Purchasing Committee
therefor, and hereby awards contract for furnishing and delivering Fireman�s Coats
and Detachable liners for the Department of Public Safety, Bureau of Fire Protection,
lU2 Public Safety Building� Saint Paul, Minnesota to KIDDE SALES AND SERVICE� INC.
for the contract price of approximately $6,762.50 (at unit prices bid), in
accordance with City specifications therefor hereto attached and the Formal Bid
�2566 of said Kidde Sales and Service, Inc., such bid being the lowest meeting
specifications and said Kidde Sales and Service, Inc. being a reasonable and
reliable bidder and the Corporation Counsel be and hereby is authorized to
draft the proper form of contract therefor and the proper City officials are
hereby directed to execute said contract on behalf of the City of Saint Paul.
