WHEREAS, The Cour�cil of the City of 5aint Paul is informed by the
Co�missioner of Public Safety that a nuiaance exists on the property lo-
ca,ted at 693� W. Central Street in the City of Saint Paul, for which the
owner of record is Justin� 0'Connor, 1970 5towe Avenue, which nuisance
ccnstitutes a hazard to the public health, k�lfare and safety; and

WHEREAS, Such nu.isanee mnx+e particularly consists of an accumula-
tion of rubbish, junk auto parts, old furniture and appliaaces, which
harbors rodents, vermin, and other noxious animals and things; and
WHEREAS, Pursuant to Section 374 of the Charter of the City of
Saint Paul, and Section 265.52 of the Saint Panl Le�islative Code 24
hours' notice has been given to the owner, occupant, or agent of such
propertp demanding that such nuisance be removed; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That upon the recommendation of the Commissionsr of Pub-
lic Safety the Commissioner of Public Works is herebq directed to sum-
marily and fortbwith remove the said nuisance, the cost of such removal
to be charged against Fund No. 0979; and be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Commissioner of Public Safety is
directed to ascertain the cost of such removal and to forward the same
to the Co�ty Auditor on or before October 1 of the year in which as-
certai.ned, for collsctioci in the same manner as taxes against said prop-
erty.
