WFIEREAS, the Department of Public Works has awazded a contract for the paving of Livingston
Plato to Fairfield, and
WHEREAS, the budget was approved by City Councal on CF 03-807 ; and
WF3EREAS, the contractor encountered lazger contaminated soil cleanup costs than were originally
anticipated in the design of the project and additional funds aze needed to finance these costs, so
THER.�FORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Saint Paul, upon recommendation of the Mayox
and advice of the Long Range Capital Improvement Budget Coinmittee, that $349,500 is available
for appropriatioa in the 2003 Capital Improvement Budgets, as heretofore adopted and amended
by this Council, be hereby further amended in the Improvement Budgets, in the following particulazs:
