RESOLVED, That the plans and specifications for a temporary traffic
signal at the intersection of Cromwell Ave. and Territorial Rd. as sub-
mitted by the Co�nissioner of Public Works are hereby approved and the
Purchasing Agent is authorized to advertise for bids thereon in the man-
ner provided in and by the charter. The basis for award of contract shall
be a lump sum bid for the instaliation of this temporary traffic signal ,
and, therefore, be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, That the cost of the above traffic signal project
be financed from PIR Fund Code 6000, the same fund to be reimbursed from
Municipal State Aid Suspense Funds.
