(SRO) services to the District; �

1. General The distziet agrees to pay City for program costs �ncurred as specified on
Bxhibit A, to permit the assignment of School Resource O cers, al( s�vorn police
officezs, for law en£orcement and services to be performed 'n behalf of the District

16. Payments and Billings. ,�-
a. The City will bill the District for reimbursement as outli�ed herein for the costs of the
SRO Program. All bills will be paid according to the terms�' f the MSnnesota Prompt Pay
Law (35 days).
b, For the School District's budgeting purposes, in Decem i! �er of each year, the City will
provide an estimaze of the costs of the SRO program for t following calendar year

The St. Paul Police Department will provide traffic safery instruction and police coordination to the School Police Patrol
Program for the 2003-2004 school year. ISD #625 will reimburse the St. Paul Police Department up to $22,905.70 for the
School Police Patrol Program.
