an industrial building on property located on the east side of
Eva Street south of Plato Boulevard, more particularly described
as follows :

Block 21; all that part of Lots 8, 9, 10, Block 22;
all of Lot 1 and parts of Lots 2, 3 and 10, Block
26, Marshall� s Addition to West Saint Paul; all of
Lots 1 and that part of Lot 2, Lawtons Rearrangement
of Block 25 of Marshalls Addition to West Saint

Dear Sir:
This is written in response to the application of Kol, Incorporated
for a permit to install a 41-car parking lot on property located on the
east side of Eva Street south of Plato Boulevard. This property is
further described on the attached legal description.
This matter was considered at the December 19, 1968 Board of
Zoning meeting. Tha staff reported '�h�tt the zoning is proper for this
use and that new plans submitted meet design standards.
Consequently, the Board of Zoning recommends approval of this
application for a permit.
