This 15 foot strip, part of the El Rio Vista Rec Center, was overlooked when the pazcel to which it was attached was deeded to the City.
Without title to all properties abutting vacated Winifred Street, the City wouldn't be able to dedicate cross over easement to Public
Housing Agency as required in the conditions of the vacation of Winifred Street.

QUIT CLAIM DEED

THIS INDENTIJRE, made this 28th day of Januarv, 2004, between the HOUSING AND
REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL, MINNESOTA, a public
body corporate and politic, organized and existing under the laws of the State of Minnesota (party
of the first part hereinafter called the "HRA") and CITY OF SAINT PAUL, (parry of the second
part hereinafter called the "Redeveloper").
NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the sum of One Dollar and other valuable
consideration to it in hand paid by the Redeveloper, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
the HRA does hereby grant, bazgain, quitclaim and convey to the Redeveloper, its heirs and assigns,
forever, the tract or parcels of land lying and being in the City of Saint Paul, County of Ramsey, and
State of Minnesota, described as follows:
East 15 feet of Lot Four, Block 15, Be11's Addition to West St. Paul
(hereinafter called the "Property").
The Seller certifies that the Seller knows of no wells on the described real property.

This conveyance is subject to and encumbered by the following covenants, expressly stated to be
covenants running with and burdening the above Property:
The Redeveloper shall not discriminate upon the basis of race, color, creed, religion,
sex, or sexual or affectional orientation, national origin, age, or disability, mazital
status, or status with regard to public assistance, in the sale, or advertising of the
property, or any dwelling therein, and in its use or occupancy.
Minerals and mineral rights in favor of the State of Minnesota in those portions of
the properiy the title to which may have forfeited to the State of Minnesota.
4. Easements, covenants, conditions, and restrictions of record, if any.
