i BE IT RESOLVED, that the proper City officials are hereby authorized and directed to dedicate to the Public
z Housing Agency of the City of Saint Paul an access easement on, over and across a portion of that part
s accruing to the City of vacated Winifred Street lying northeast of the �roposed Wellstone Center; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the said officials are hereby authorized and directed to accept from the
Public Housing Agency of the City of Saint Paul a dedication of access easement on, over and across a
portion of that part accruing to the said Public Housing Agency of said vacated Winifred Street and to file the
said dedication of easement with Ramsey County.
