Schultz Project Contingency Fund has offered to contribute 6$1Q000 towazds the consiruction budget so that the Starter's Shed can be added back into the project; and 7 8 VJHEREAS, as a sign of its appreciation Parks and Recrearion proposes that the Starter's Shed be dedicated as a memorial 9 to Charles M.
