RESOLVED, that Joseph Priester be paid the sum of $270 .00
out of the Workmen's Compensation Account of the General Fund
in settlement of his claim against the City of St. Paul for
compensation resulting from his injury of January 5 , 1968, while
employed by the Department of Parks and Reereation and Public
Buildings , whereby he suffered a 10� permanent partial disability
to his eyelid; that of said sum $270 .00 is now due and payable
for 5� permanent partial disability, 5� permanent disability
having been paid previously.
