the proper Gity officers are hereby authorized and directed to
execute, on behalf of the City of Saint Paul, Supplemental
Agreement No. 2 to Utilities Relocation Agreement No. 54787
between the State of Minn.esota, Department of Highways, and
the City concerning the relocation of certain water distribution
facilities, which relocation was necessitated by the construetion
of a project on Federal Aid Interstate Highway No. 94,
S. P. 6282—'77, Minn. Proj . I--IG 094-3 (121) 236, as more
particularly set forth in said agreement.
