WHEREAS , under and pursuant to Chapter 92A of the Saint Paul
Legislative Code, the Car Mileage Committee provided for in Section 5
hereby reports its findings and recommendations to the Council:
WHEREAS, the Council has made a study of said report and
recommendations; therefore, be it
RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Saint Paul that the
