WHEREAS , Ordinance No. 3250 authorizes and provides
for pvertime work, and
WHEREAS , the Clerk of Municipal Courfi has autharized
overtime work in his department during the period from
January 11 , 1969 to January 24, 1969 therefor.e, be it
RESOLVED, that the proper City Officers are hereby
authorized to pay the employees who perform such over-
time wo'rk':in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance
No. 644h, and No. 3250.
