RESOLVED, By the Council of the City of Saint Paul, upon
. recommendation of the Saint Paul Long-Range Capital Improvement
Budget Committee, that the Capital Improvement Budget for the
City of Saint Paul for 1969, as heretofore adopted by this
Council, and as amended, is hereby further amended in the
following particulars :
That the project entitled Goodrich-Western Tunnel
(Public Works project number 5-1309) with an allo-
cation of �483, 000 be deleted and the project en-
titled Randolph Avenue-Mississippi River to Davern
Street Sewer (Public Works project number 5-991)
be put in its place with an allocation of �483, 000,
for a net change in the 196g budget of zero.
