WHEREAS, Additions which might prove to be necessary in the Inprovement
described as the MYRTLI� AVENUE STORM SEWER fro� Glendale St. to Cromwell Ave.,
Comptroller's Contract L-7051, Robert W. Moore Company, Contractor, have been
provided for in the Specifications, and
WHEREAS, The followin� Addition has been found necess�ry because the
existing 33" sewer eatending west from Pelham Blvd. was found to be 20 feet
shorter tlaan wss indicated in the sewer records, so an additional 20 feet
of 33" R.C. pipe sewer was required to co�plete the prnject:

WHEREAS, The total addition is $284.85, and the Co�issfoner of Yublic
Works has agreed with the Contrector th�t the amount of $284.85 is the correct
sum to be added to said contract; therefore be it
RBSOLVED, That the City of St. Fsul through its City Council approv¢s
the foregoing addition made in accordance with the Specificatians in the su�
of $284.85, said amount to be added to the lump sum consideration named in
the conttact, known as Caangt�oller's Contract L-7051, and which amonnt is to
