RESOLVED, That the City of Saint Paul convey to the
Independent School District No. 625 the above—described property;
and be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, That the proper City officials are hereby
authorized and directed to execute a Quit Claim Deed to Independent
School District No. 625 conveying in fee simple all its right,
title and interest in the above—described property.

WHEREAS, the City of Saint Paul is the fee owner by deed of
conveyance from the Housing and Redevelopment Authority of the
City of Saint Paul of that real estate situated in the City of
Saint Paul , County of Ramsey, State of Minnesota, being described
as follows:
All of Lots One (1) , Ten (10) , Eleven (11� , and
Twelve (12) , and the Westerly (W'ly 50) Fifty feet
of Lot Two (2) , Block Eight (8) , Rondo ' s Addition;
Al1 of Lots Three (3) , through Thirteen (13) , and
the West One Hundred Thirty-five (W 135) feet of

Area Renewal Project Minn. R-25 for the construction of a Technical-
Vocational Institute; and
WHEREAS, the Independent School District No. 625 is now desir-
ous of perfecting title to the above-described premises in its name,
pursuant to the authority contained in the Laws of Minnesota, 1965 ,
