WHEREAS, the City of Saint Paul is the fee owner by deed of
conveyance from the Housing and Redevelopment Authority of the
City of Saint Paul of that real estate situated in the City of
Saint Paul , County of Ramsey, State of Minnesota, being described
as follows:
Lot One (1 ) , Block Eleven (11) , Rondo ' s addition to
the City of St. Paul , except the part of said Lot
included in Chamber' s Re-arrangement of said Block;
and Lot One (1) , except the North ten (10) feet and
the West fifteen (15) feet of the South ten (10) feet
in Chamber' s Re-arrangement of Lots l , 2, 3, 4, 5 , 6,
7, 8, 9, 10, 11 , 12 , Block 11 , Rondo ' s Addition to the
City of St. Paul, Minn. , according to the plat thereof
on file and of record in the office of the Register of
Deeds within and for said County.
WHEREAS, the above-described property was acquired by the City
of Saint Paul in accordance with the Redevelopment Plan for Cathedral
Area Renewal Project Minn. R-25 for the construction of a Technical-
Vocational Institute ; and
WFIEREAS, the Independent School District No. 625 is now desir-
ous of perfecting title to the above-described premises in its
nam'e, pursuant to the authority contained in the laws of Minnesota
1965 , Chapter '705 , Subdivision 18; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the City of Saint Paul convey to the
Independent School District No. 625 the above-described property;
and be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, That the proper City offidals are hereby
authorized and directed to execute a Quit Claim Deed to Independent
School District No. 625 conveying in fee simple all its right,
title and interest in the above-described property.
